Day 2 - Confidence & Ocean Awareness
7:00- Surf focused movement
8:00- Breakfast
9:00 - 12:00 - Surf lesson (videoed)
12:00 -Lunch
13:00-15:30 Breathwork for Surf Confidence Workshop
15:30- Free time (beach, journaling, massage, exploring Byron or rest)
18:00- Dinner
19:00- Video analysis (review morning footage, celebrate progress, set goals)
Day 3 - Building Skills & Ocean Joy
7:00- Surf focused movement
8:00- Breakfast
9:00 – 12:00 Surf lesson
12:00- Lunch
13:00- Free time (beach, journaling, massage, exploring Byron or rest)
16:00- Nutrition workshop with integrative nutritionist & GAPS practitioner – Elyse Comerford
18:00- Dinner out at one of Byron’s top restaurant
Day 4 - Integration & Farewell

7:30- 10:30 Surf Lesson
11:00- Check out & goodbyes
